  • Pre-Orders: We are only undertaking pre-orders as of now.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated 30-40 business days for pre-orders.

  • Expedited Shipping: Not available at the moment but will be introduced soon.

Refund Policy

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
